Python - printing index of list of list

Question

4 cars filled with passengers (5 passengers per car) meet in the park. Input the ages of the passengers. Calculate the sum of ages per each car, and print the index of the car with the smallest sum>Here is what I have but I am not sure how to print the rest

CARS = 4
PASSENGERS = 5
lst = [[0] * PASSENGERS for i in range (CARS)]
for i in range (len(lst)):
  for j in range (len(lst[i])):
     lst[i][j] = int(input("Enter a number: "))
sum = [0] * len(lst)
for i in range (len(lst)):
   total_cars = 0
for j in range (len(lst[i])):
   total_cars = total_cars + lst[i][j]
   sum[i] = total_cars
print("List " + str(lst))
print(sum)
