I added apache to a vps and installed wordpress on it, when I access it locally (via the vps) I have no problems, when I try to access it from my computer by typing the public IP of the vps, I can also access it, but the css, javascript, (everything which is external on the page) is not loaded. I noticed opening dev tools and going to the network tab that what was happening was that these external files were being redirected to localhost. For example, instead of searching for the css file by: http://(ip_public)/(css_directory) he searched for: http://localhost/(css_directory). How can I fix this?
