How do you display a 2 digit NumberPicker in android with Kotlin?

I am trying to use number pickers for my android app as a way to set a timer. It works but I want to have 2 digits in the numbers 0-9 so instead of "0" it's "00" and so on.

%02d You can format with. It will be filled in at least 2 digits.
