amazon ec2 - Install Proxy in Windows Server 2016 EC2 instance

Question

I created a Windows Server 2016 EC2 instance. I setup the proxy using below powershell script:

Set-ItemProperty -Path 'HKCU:SoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionInternet Settings' -name ProxyServer -Value "proxyhostname:proxyport";
Set-ItemProperty -Path 'HKCU:SoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionInternet Settings' -name ProxyEnable -Value 1;

However, I'm still unable to connect to my website. Is there any other place where the proxy setup needs to be done?
