python - SQLite3 dump to .sql

Question

I have a corporate notebook and I wanna make sure I do everything right before I issue a request on our IT depart. overseeing everything going on the computers (incl. devs).

I wanna convert a sqlite database .db into a .sql file, so I can open it in SQL Server.

What I do is I open Anaconda Promt, navigate to the folder and type

sqlite3 myDB.db .dump > myDB.sql

However, anything what I do in Anaconda seems to be blocked ("This program is blocked du to the group policy").

Is my way of thinking correct?
