nosql - DynamoDB migration and seeding

Question

Is there any concept or tool that helps to manage data updates in DynamoDB?

The most common operations:

• insert default data (seeding);
• copy data from one table to another (create field);
• change field value;
• rename field;
• remove field.

For now, I write a script that does what I need and run it on deploy, but what I'd also like to have:

• history of changes;
• backups;
• rollback strategy.

I know that DynamoDB table is not supposed to have a solid structure, but I imagine changing the data is a pretty common scenario, what is the appropriate way to do it?
