pip : Configuration file not found

Question

C:Users shanbha> pip install pipx Configuration file could not be loaded. While reading from 'C:Users shanbhapippip.ini' [line 4]: option 'trusted-host' in section 'global' already exists

I keep running into this whenever I try to install a something through pip. What could be causing this?
