automated tests - Is there any possibility to perform visual validation in selenium -Java

Question

Is there any possibility to perform visual validation in selenium Java using open source api. For eg: To check the image and styling (like fonts, color) which are rendered in a webpage is exactly the same as expected. If any differences it should be highlighted.

I thought of sikuli api. Does that work?
