make all devices override power shut off at once windows 10?

Question

Is there a way to turn off the setting on all devices at once "allow computer to turn off device to save power"?

Aside from going in to each device one by one and unclicking it I wouldn't know how to do this (I did that) I was just wondering for the future if there was an easier way.

I have my power plan set to performance already.

(side note: I always have to go back and correct my grammar when I post lol!)
