solr - Solr4.6 how to replicate master to slave by skipping full data sync?

Is there anyway to sync data from one server to another by skipping entire core copy?

I have gone through the documentations. By adding below code will copy entire core to the slave server.

 <requestHandler name="/replication" class="solr.ReplicationHandler" >
   <lst name="master">
     <str name="replicateAfter">commit</str>
     <str name="confFiles">schema.xml</str>
   </lst>
   <lst name="slave">
     <str name="masterUrl">http://<IP>:<Port>/solr/dataindexer</str>
     <str name="pollInterval">24:00:00</str>
   </lst>
 </requestHandler>

I just wanted to replicate the future data / real time data. Please let me know if there is any option handle this case.
