express - Error creating migration with Knex and SqLite

Question

Actually i'm building up a simple Express Server with SQLite and Knex, and in the first steps i can't create a knex migration with command: npx knex migrate:make test, cause the following error appears:

Failed to resolve config file, knex cannot determine where to generate migrations

Here is my simple knexfile.js

    module.exports = {
  development: {
    client: "sqlite3",
    connection: {
      filename: "./data/finanzen.db3"
    }
  },
  useNullAsDefault: true  
};

Can Somebody help me solving this error?
