arrays - How can I update number within JsonArray in java

Question

I got this problem...

I have a JSON Array in java: [1,data1], [2,data2] , [3,Data3], [4, data4]

Then...I delete one -> [2,data2]

I expected this result dynamically: [1,data1] , [2,Data3], [3, data4]. I wanna know the logic to replace and update that number... Because I have to save that data to mongo, then I get that values to fill a table:
