It supports WebRTC server and reviewed the product so that I can focus only on client development.
Not many companies support the UWP SDK.

But even that, the desired function is not properly implemented,

It does not support UWP, but it can be developed with WPF, and the speed and quality were very good.
However, their API Call Price was very expensive to apply to the service I made.
