security - How I can add confidential info to my static site?

I have a static web site. I hosted it in GitHub Pages and I want to make CV site where I'll tell about me and my contacts, but I do not want to replenish spammers' Database with my email and phone number.

Question: How I can protect my confidential info? I do not want to use reCAPTHE in my static site because I don't have server. Do you know services where I can add my confidential info and I'll be add their link to my static web site? Important I want to that service has reCAPTHE
