notation - Can someone explain to me what the “for i <- 1, AnomalyLength do” means, or better yet, the whole code itself?

I am trying to understand this code from this paper "Precision and Recall for Range-Based Anomaly Detection" (T. Lee, et al., 2018), but I'm not familiar with the notation used.

If you could explain to me the whole code, that would be much better.
