Complete solution for "linked server was unable to begin a distributed transaction"

Question

I want to completely explain how we can fix the "linked server was unable to begin a distributed transaction" error on SQL Server. Because I found out all other solution in Stack in not totally complete. So lets begin: 1- In command prompt use "dcomcnfg" and navigate to DTC

Then go to properties/security and enable security stuff.

After that check the OS task services and see if DTC has running status

After that check the windows firewall and check the DTC app can communicate through windows firewall

after that check the link server configuration:

Just keep in your mind, all of these steps should be done in both servers.
