Please help me with this, I have an ec2-instance in aws and i have used centos to install WHM & Cpanel in it.

Now where I have stuck is after creating whm and cpanel for my primary domain, i have created 1 more account in whm with another domain & since past 2 days i am trying to connect my other domain to my whm panel but it always shows an error "This site can't be reached. i have gone through many tutorials to point my domain through A record and Custom Name servers but not able to rectify it.

I have created custom name servers but it is only working on my primary domain.

and when i tried to opt elastic IP, my whm ip gets changed and i am not able to operate that.

I have almost used everything but still my secordary domain shows an error.
