如何设置代理为https协议？

为了设置这个cookie
set-cookie: JSESSIONID=2D7853DB3161FEEABBDCA48D2C2CC448; Path=/; Secure; HttpOnly

我需要把请求改为https协议的

我试了代理：
`devServer: {

proxy: {
  '/': {
    target: 'https://www.ylcx.online:442',
    secure: true
  }
}

}`

或者是直接访问https://localhost

结果不行

怎么解决？
