macos - How do I make the pyenv global python version be the one that brew installed?

Question

I am on an M1 Mac using Mac Big Sur and my python build kept failing using Pyenv giving me the error below.

So I installed python 3.9.0 using brew and now I would like to set that Python as the pyenv global how can I accomplish this or make the Pyenv install finish building.
