automation - Drag and Drop file to upload container with Python

Question

I would like to automate drag and drop to this page using Python.

I'm fairly new to python and it seems that attempting to read the html source, the important bits might be in the <div id="fileupload" class dropzone"> section - I'm not sure what exactly but I'm slowly figuring it out!

Any idea where I should start? I was thinking of maybe using the selenium package to operate this to execute the drag/drop into the website? Or maybe 'pushing' the file using the requests package? Or is there a better way of performing this task?
