Server-Side Datatable - Fetch Dynamic Dropdown Value - simple php

Question

I'm new to this field and doing something for myself. Well, I successfully generated a dropdown list from a table(e.g tbdrop) and insert it to another table(e.g tbins) using this in my dropdown form <option value="<?php echo $row['0']; ?>"><?php echo $row['1'];?></option>" where "0" is the id and "1" is the name. But I want my server-side processing datatable to show the name instead of the id, I know I could use (value="<?php echo $row['1']; ?>") it would worked perfectly, but I prefer to choose the id as I may change the name later and want the column to sync with the dropdown table(tbdrop).
