pip - using over sampling in imbalanced-learn in python

Hi I installed imblearn and I rechecked it in:

C:UsersdddAppDataLocalPackagesPythonSoftwareFoundation.Python.3.9_qbz5n2kfra8p0LocalCachelocal-packagesPython39site-packages

that is, there is a folder with this name. So it means it was installed correctly.

but whenever I used the following command

from imblearn.over_sampling import RandomOverSampler

I encounter this error:

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'imblearn'

So could you please let me know what should I do?
