replace space with dash JavaScript

document.write(title.replace(/ /g,"-"));

I want to replace title space with dash.

Try title.replace(/s/g , "-") instead. (/s/ is the regex escape for whitespace).

Also, do:

title = title.replace(/s/g , "-");
var html = "<div>" + title + "</div>";
// ...
